HMP & YOI Doncaster operates a pre-booked visits system for social visits.

All social visits will be pre-booked at least 24hrs in advance by contacting the social visits booking line, after a visit or a prisoner may book visits on the wing via the ATM system (visitors details MUST be on the system before this facility can be used).

Social visits can be booked up to 1 week in advance.

Social visits time will be in the following sessions per day:

Mon - Fri:

09:00 - 12:00 (flexi)

13:30 - 15:00

15:30 - 17:15

The morning (flexi) session will be a 3 hour visiting slot. Visitors may book in for the visit between 08:30 and 11:30 (entry will be refused after 11:30).

A Maximum visit of 1 hr 30 mins will be given throughout this session.

Sat - Sun:

10:45 - 12:15

12:45 - 14:15

14:45 - 16:15

For ALL sessions, visitors are requested to book in 30 minutes prior to the visit. Entry will cease 30 minutes before the end of each session.

The number of social visits a prisoner is entitled to depends on their regime level:

	Enhanced	Standard	Basic
Convicted	3 x visits per week MON - SUN	2 x visits per week MON - SUN	1 x visit per week MON -SUN
Un-Convicted	5 x visits per week MON - SUN	4 x visits per week MON - SUN	3 x visits per week MON -SUN

As per PSO4410 Statuary visits to unconvicted and convicted prisoners must last at least one hour. All of our sessions provide this opportunity. However please be mindful that if visitors arrive after the session has commenced the visit time will be reduced, and will end at the times stated.

Legal Visit Times:

Monday – Friday : 09:30 – 12:00 & 13:30 – 17:00

All visits MUST be booked 24 hours in advance. To book a visit:

A) Telephone the Visit Booking Line 0844 445 7015, lines are open every day.

Mon-Fri - 10:00 - 17:00

Sat-Sun - 11:00 - 16:00

B) Prisoners can book visits on the wing via the ATM system. (visitors details MUST be on the system before this facility can be used).

Property:

Property can only be handed in when a visit is booked and ONLY on the following days and times:

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY.

08:30-09:30, 12:45 - 13:45, 15:00 - 16:00.
